Registration & Event Services Manager

The 500 Festival is looking for a Registration & Event Services Manager to oversee participant registration and customer service for various events, including the iconic Mini-Marathon and Parade. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with multiple departments and serve as the main contact for participants, enhancing their experience from registration through the post-event phase. You'll also manage registration platforms like Race Roster and Tix, ensuring efficient processes and accurate data handling.
