Adidas is looking for an Operations Team Lead to support their leadership team in a warehouse setting in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll manage a team of up to 50 associates, monitor workflows, and drive performance while using warehouse management tools. You’ll also focus on training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and engaging in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes.
