Associate Director of Compliance - Athletics

The University of Colorado Boulder is hiring an Associate Director of Compliance to support NCAA, Big 12 Conference, and institutional compliance. This role will oversee student-athlete eligibility reviews, athletics personnel compliance, staff onboarding, sports wagering monitoring, and rules education while collaborating with athletics and campus partners. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant compliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000.
