Director of Ticket Operations

Baylor University is looking for a Director of Ticket Operations to enhance the functionality of their ticket office and improve customer service. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, oversee full-time staff, and collaborate closely with the revenue generation team to analyze sales data. You'll also engage directly with alumni and donors while ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations, all within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
