Ticket Operations Manager

The Biloxi Shuckers are looking for a Ticket Operations Manager to handle the full spectrum of ticket operations and event management at Keesler Federal Park. This role involves overseeing ticket sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the ticketing system runs smoothly, while also collaborating with the finance and marketing teams to evaluate sales strategies. You will lead a team of ticket staff and play a key role in enhancing customer service during events.
