Girls Director

The Chattanooga Red Wolves Academy is seeking a Girls Director to spearhead the development of its girls program leading to the USLW team. This role involves hands-on coaching, program administration, and strategic planning, all aimed at fostering a positive and competitive environment for young female athletes. The Director will collaborate closely with coaches, families, and community organizations to enhance participation and establish clear pathways for player advancement.
