The Columbus Crew and Columbus NWSL Club are looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead HR functions across both organizations. This role is focused on partnering with club leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Working closely with the CHRO, the Director will oversee talent management, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement.
