Service Associate, Client Relations

DSE Hockey Club is looking for a Service Associate to manage and retain Victory Club Half Members. In this role, you'll engage directly with members through regular touchpoints, both in and out of season, while upselling additional memberships and premium products. It’s a collaborative environment where building relationships and providing exceptional service is key, all while navigating the energetic atmosphere of a sports venue.
