Director, Sports Partnerships

Crocs is hiring a Director, Sports Partnerships to lead global sports licensing strategy, product development, and commercial growth. This role will manage licensor relationships, build product and assortment roadmaps, and coordinate launches across merchandising, design, marketing, retail, and regional teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including three years of leadership experience. The salary range is $160,000 to $170,000, with incentive eligibility.
