Head of Growth

Yea Alabama is hiring a Head of Growth to grow paid memberships and revenue across the Alabama Athletics fan and alumni community. This role owns the full membership funnel, from acquisition and conversion to renewals and reactivation. The Head of Growth will run and test campaigns across paid media, email, events, and student-athlete activations, using performance data to guide spending. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and a track record of growing a paid customer, subscriber, or membership base.
