Assistant Track & Field Coach – Sprints/Hurdles

Hillsdale College is looking for an assistant coach to support their NCAA D-II Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country program. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head Coach, focusing on specific events like sprints or jumps while fostering athlete development and helping with recruiting. You'll also manage meet operations, coordinate training schedules, and ensure teams thrive in a competitive environment.
