Manager, Ticket Operations

The Lake County Captains are looking for a Manager of Ticket Operations to lead their ticket sales and community engagement efforts as they celebrate 25 seasons. This role involves developing strategies for season, group, and individual ticket sales while building strong relationships with local businesses and fans. You'll oversee a sales team, leverage technology for operational efficiency, and ensure fans have an exceptional experience at the ballpark.
