Employee and Customer Experience Team Lead

Legends Global is seeking an Employee and Customer Experience Team Lead for the newly opened Etihad Park in Queens, NYC. In this role, you'll design engagement strategies and manage onboarding and recognition programs aimed at enhancing both employee morale and customer satisfaction during events.
