USL2 SCOUT / TALENT IDENTIFICATION

The Little Rock Rangers are looking for a USL2 Scout/Talent Identification professional to join their team. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and recruiting players for the USL2 First Team, allowing the scout to attend matches, evaluate players' skills, and collaborate closely with the coaching staff. You'll build relationships within the soccer community and utilize both live scouting and video analysis to make informed recommendations about potential recruits.
