Minor League Performance Coach

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for a Minor League Performance Coach to join their Strength & Conditioning team in Glendale, Arizona. In this role, you'll create personalized training programs focusing on players' biomechanics, strength, conditioning, and recovery. You'll closely collaborate with coaches and players, fostering a supportive environment for both personal and team development while overseeing practices in the Arizona Complex League.
