Project Employee, People Analytics

The NBA is looking for a People Analytics Analyst to support their HR analytics team. In this role, you'll manage employee surveys and collaborate with various stakeholders to create insightful reports on workforce data. Working closely with HRIS and IT teams, you'll help improve employee experience through data analysis and support key HR initiatives while navigating a collaborative, sports-focused environment.
