Quakes University Rookie

The San Jose Earthquakes are launching a unique 12-month front office training program, Quakes University Rookies, starting in January 2027. Participants will spend six months focused on ticket sales, making calls and engaging with fans, before rotating through another department to gain a broader understanding of the organization. This part-time, paid position offers valuable exposure to the inner workings of a professional sports team.
