High Performance Coach

The St. James is seeking a High Performance Coach to deliver dynamic training experiences for youth, student-athletes, and adults at their Springfield, VA complex. You'll work closely with the Director of High Performance, designing strength and conditioning programs and leading sessions across various sports. This role offers a pathway for growth, engaging closely with athletes and their families while supporting their physical development.
