Women’s National Tennis Coach - Junior Transition

The USTA is seeking a coach focused on developing elite junior players (ages 14-18) as part of its initiative to enhance the U.S. tennis pathway. This role involves on-court coaching and strategic collaboration with national coaches to ensure players meet their developmental milestones. It offers opportunities to engage deeply with athletes, their support networks, and various stakeholders in the tennis community. Frequent travel to training centers and events is also a key aspect of this position.
