Creative Director

The XFL is looking for a Creative Director to lead its in-house Creative Studio, reporting to the VP of Marketing & Brand. This role will drive the creative vision for the league and its eight teams, collaborating closely with various departments on storytelling and brand consistency. The Creative Director will also oversee a diverse creative team while enhancing operational workflows and developing talent within the organization.
