The Wichita Wind Surge is looking for an Assistant in Field Operations to help maintain Equity Bank Park for baseball games and various events. This hands-on position allows you to get involved in professional turf management, including field upkeep and irrigation systems. You’ll collaborate with the Front Office and Stadium Ops teams, gaining valuable experience while working in a vibrant sports environment.
